Welcome
to Westcourt Cavaliers
My husband Tom spent several years in England attending high school. There he met and fell in love with the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Although we were wanting to have one of our very own, we searched for many years in the United States, and adopted our first cavalier in 1993..

Enjoy your visit!
Conformation
The first local Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed show we attended was held in Westlake Village, California in 1996. We were already members of the Cavalier King Charles Club and Cavaliers of the West since 1992. Shortly thereafter, we adopted our blenheim female, Wyndcrest Precious Summer. Her pedigree included the famous sire Ch. Wyndcrest Apollo and grandsire Ch. Ravenrush Gillespie and USA , Canadian, Mexican and International Ch. Wyndcrest Rocky Racoon. In 2010 we joined the Southern California King Charles Cavalier Club. Pictured is our show potential homebred boy WestCourt Zephyr.
Agility
We began agility with WestCourt High Commander"Orbit" in 2000, training with Seaside Scramblers Agility training center. He adored his time training and earned his Master of Agility Championship on Oct 6th, 2007. Currently WestCourt Zephyr cross trains in both agility and conformation.

Camp Cavalier
We have been petsitting for cavaliers since 1998, when our first client had two litters of puppies that required care. We accept cavaliers from ethical breeder referrals only.
Please contact us for more information and a boarding contract.
Puppies
Prior to undertaking a litter we do health clearances including CERF (Canine Eye Research Foundation) for eye health. OFA ( Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) for hip and patella and elbow, and also thyroid, which is important to many of the functions in pregnancy.
Our wonderful well socialized and loved puppies are placed in homes with fenced yards and adult supervision to meet the breed's need to have companionship throughout the day. Our puppies are raised and socialized in our home and live in the house as family members.
